  • Q: What if a contact can not be reached? PhyQuest has created a chain of reporting escalation for Connexion. If a patient was registered with a wrong group or a doctor can not be found, Connexion notifies the client's designated Quality Assurance officer. After the officer is notified, additional measures are taken to make sure results communication is established. In a worst case scenario, patients are notified directly in order to prompt follow-up.
